Reeling
Repeated winding and unwinding on cable reels
Reeling Cables
NSHTÖU is a reinforced rubber reeling cable for frequent winding and unwinding under combined tensile and torsional stress. Common DIN VDE 0250-814 family constructions use Class 5 copper conductors, 3GI3 rubber insulation, a rubber inner sheath, anti-torsion textile or polyester braid, and a heavy-duty rubber outer sheath. Core count, speed, acceleration, tensile load, torsion, bend radius, and dimensions are model-specific.

In-house capability
Constructions are designed around movement, environment, and electrical duty.
Materials, dimensions, marking, and finish held under in-house manufacturing control.
In-house laboratory checks verify the agreed construction and project acceptance requirements.
Development can start from a drawing, specification, cable marking, or physical sample.
Family profile: dynamic speed, acceleration, tensile load, torsion, bend radius, and dimensions require the selected first-party datasheet.
