Mine roadway & tunnel wall hangers
RL galvanized steel strand armour shields live cores against falling roof stone and coal.
Product
NSSHKCGERLÖU is a DIN VDE 0250-812 0.6/1 kV and 1.8/3 kV armoured underground coal-cutter trailing cable combining a heavy-duty NSSH rubber core structure, K pilot/control bundle, semi-conductive and copper screening (CGE), and flexible galvanized steel
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250-812 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Engineered for low- and intermediate-voltage (1000 V and 3000 V) underground coal shearers, plough systems, and roadheaders exposed to severe roof falls and scraper-chain impact.
RL galvanized steel strand armour shields live cores against falling roof stone and coal.
Stranded RL armour bends smoothly inside longwall Bretby cable handler chains.
5GM5 outer sheath and RL armour resist high drawbar pull behind advancing roadheaders.
Approved for inclined gallery feeders and armoured face conveyor connections.
Suitable for low-speed take-up winches; for crane drum reeling use NSHTÖU.
