Festoon & line chain
Primary duty: VFD-fed crane trolley and gantry festoon loops up to 200–240 m/min indoors, outdoors and in wet/corrosive bays.
Product
EMC-screened 0.6/1 kV halogen-free polyurethane festoon and drag-chain cable (PUR-C-HF / D12YC11Y-J/O) with Class 5 copper conductors, central textile carrier, PUR inner sheath, ≥ 80–85 % tinned copper wire braid screen and abrasion-resistant PUR outer jacket.
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250-1 (D12YC11Y) — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
PUR-C-HF adds an extruded halogen-free PUR inner sheath and an 80–85 % tinned copper braid EMC screen to the round PUR-HF platform for VFD motor feeds and noise-immune control in crane festoons and drag chains.
Primary duty: VFD-fed crane trolley and gantry festoon loops up to 200–240 m/min indoors, outdoors and in wet/corrosive bays.
High-duty energy and control drag chains up to 200–210 m/min where PWM inverter noise must be isolated from control lines.
Approved for simple / moderate horizontal reeling up to 60 m/min within 15 N/mm² conductor tensile load and ±25 °/m torsion.
Use (N)12YRDC11Y for heavy EMC reelingDouble PUR-HF sheath construction is hydrolysis-resistant and rated for continuous immersion in non-drinking water up to 50 m.
Optimised for festoon loops and drag chains, not high-speed gravity spreader collector baskets.
