Medium Voltage Flexible Cables

(N)TSCGECEWÖURed Flexible Medium Voltage Mining Cable

(N)TSCGECEWÖU is a red rubber-sheathed, individually screened flexible medium-voltage cable for mobile mining power. The 3+3 construction combines three Class 5 flexible tinned-copper phase cores with three individually braided tinned-copper protective-earth conductors around a central filler, EPR insulation with semiconductive screens, a waterproof EPR inner sheath, a tinned copper-wire braid, and a special waterproof CM-rubber red outer sheath. It is designed with reference to DIN VDE 0250 Part 813, with bending radius per VDE 0298 Part 3 and current rating per VDE 0298 Part 4.

Before you quote

Clear the questions that hold up your quote.

Short answers for engineering and procurement. The reviewed quotation and its document list govern the final supply scope.

Which voltage classes are available for this cable?
The range covers 3.6/6, 6/10, 8.7/15, and 12/20 kV. The final construction and conductor size are confirmed against the ordered technical data.
What information is needed for cable selection?
Share the system voltage, conductor size, duty (monospiral drum or trailing), route, environment, required length, and any applicable design or documentation requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on conductor size, construction, production batch, and reel length. Send the required size and total length; the quotation will state the applicable minimum quantity and packaging basis.
How quickly can the cable be delivered?
Lead time varies with material availability, construction, quantity, document scope, and destination. After the specification is reviewed, the quotation will provide a production window and an indicative shipment schedule.
How are destination-market standards and documents reviewed?
Tell us the destination market, governing standard, and end-user document requirements. They are reviewed against the selected product and available product documents; applicability is confirmed in the quotation.
Can length, sheath colour, printing, or packaging be customized?
These options can be reviewed subject to engineering suitability, regulatory requirements, MOQ, and production capability. Any approved change is recorded in the quoted specification, drawing, or order document.
