Festoon Cables

NGFLGÖU300/500 V Rubber Flat Festoon Cable

NGFLGÖU is a low-voltage rubber flat cable for festoon systems and moving machine parts. Standard DIN VDE 0250-809 family constructions use fine- or extra-fine-stranded copper conductors, 3GI3 EPR/EPDM insulation, parallel core arrangement, and a 5GM3 chloroprene-type rubber sheath. Core count, conductor size, J/O version, dimensions, bend radius, travel speed, tensile load, and approvals depend on the selected model.

Before you quote

Clear the questions that hold up your quote.

Short answers for engineering and procurement. The reviewed quotation and its document list govern the final supply scope.

What is NGFLGÖU cable?
NGFLGÖU is a 300/500 V rubber flat power and control cable for festoon systems, cranes, hoists, trolleys, and movable industrial equipment.
Is NGFLGÖU screened?
Standard NGFLGÖU is normally unshielded. Use NGFLCGÖU or an exact screened derivative when individual core screening is required.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on conductor size, construction, production batch, and reel length. Send the required size and total length; the quotation will state the applicable minimum quantity and packaging basis.
How quickly can the cable be delivered?
Lead time varies with material availability, construction, quantity, document scope, and destination. After the specification is reviewed, the quotation will provide a production window and an indicative shipment schedule.
How are destination-market standards and documents reviewed?
Tell us the destination market, governing standard, and end-user document requirements. They are reviewed against the selected product and available product documents; applicability is confirmed in the quotation.
Can length, sheath colour, printing, or packaging be customized?
These options can be reviewed subject to engineering suitability, regulatory requirements, MOQ, and production capability. Any approved change is recorded in the quoted specification, drawing, or order document.
