Construction hoist & mast-guided loop
Primary duty — guided vertical travelling loop from mast mid-point into a bottom collector basket on construction lifts.
Product
Specialized 300/500 V composite power-and-control trailing cable (BAULIFT-T for gravity baskets, BAULIFT-W for mast trolleys) for rack-and-pinion construction hoists and mast climbers up to 80 m suspended height and 1,000 N tensile load.
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Reinforced rubber travelling cable (Baulift-T with textile core / Baulift-W with steel wire ropes) for rack-and-pinion construction hoists and mast-climbing platforms.
Primary duty — guided vertical travelling loop from mast mid-point into a bottom collector basket on construction lifts.
Integrated textile (T) or steel-wire (W) strain-bearing elements support high building hoist heights.
Suitable for suspended hoist control pendants and mast-climber push-button drops.
Designed for vertical mast loops and collector baskets, not horizontal gantry reels.
Use (N)SHTÖU ReelingStrain-member geometry is for free/guided vertical loops, not tight horizontal drag chains.
