Festoon & line chain
Primary duty: high-speed container crane, ship-to-shore and RMG/RTG trolley festoons up to 210–240 m/min indoors and outdoors.
Product
High-speed 0.6/1 kV screened halogen-free PUR festoon and drag-chain cable (FESTOONFLEX C-PUR-HF / D12YC11Y-J/O) with Class 5 copper conductors, polyester-based insulation, inner PUR sheath, tinned copper braid screen and hydrolysis-resistant PUR jacket.
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250-1 (D12YC11Y) — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Festoonflex C-PUR-HF (type D12YC11Y-J/O) covers the full container-crane and heavy automation spectrum: single-core screened VFD phase leads up to 300 mm², 4-core/5-core screened power, multi-core control, and individually screened twisted-pair telemetry.
Primary duty: high-speed container crane, ship-to-shore and RMG/RTG trolley festoons up to 210–240 m/min indoors and outdoors.
Heavy-duty power and control drag chains on machine tools, conveyors and gantry bridges up to 210 m/min at ≥ 6 × D bending radius.
Approved for simple / moderate reeling up to 60 m/min within 15 N/mm² conductor tensile load and ±25 °/m torsion.
Use (N)12YRDC11Y for heavy reelingHalogen-free polyurethane outer jacket is UV-, oil- and hydrolysis-resistant and rated for permanent submersion up to 50 m depth.
Optimised for festoon loops and drag chains, not high-speed gravity spreader collector baskets.
