Motorised monospiral reel
Heavy-duty horizontal monospiral and level-wind reels up to 240 m/min with 30 N/mm² specific pulling force.
Product
Extra-heavy-duty 0.6/1 kV (N)SHTOEU-J reeling cable with Class 5/FS copper cores, central strain-relief core, and yellow or black PCP sandwich sheath with anti-torsion braid across 70 power, control, −50 °C low-temp, screened data, and FO sizes.
Typical values for this cable type — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
RXG and RXG-D are engineered for heavy-duty motorized cable reels operating at horizontal speeds above 120 m/min (up to 240 m/min), high-acceleration vertical spreader reels, port STS/RTG cranes, and floating grab dredgers with temporary water submersion down to 50 m.
Heavy-duty horizontal monospiral and level-wind reels up to 240 m/min with 30 N/mm² specific pulling force.
Vertical motorized reeling up to 120 m/min standard (> 180 m/min on request); for higher vertical pull up to 6 kN see RXX.
Multi-layer cylindrical reeling drums with DIN VDE 0298-4 layer derating (0.80 for 1 layer, 0.61 for 2 layers).
Diversion roller assemblies (min. 7.5 × D) and S-shaped track curves (min. 20 × D between changes of direction).
Approved for temporary water submersion up to 50 m depth (e.g. floating grab dredgers); consult for permanent immersion.
Built for tensioned motorised reels; for free-coiling gravity baskets use a dedicated basket cable.
