Festoon & line chain
Primary duty: C-rail and I-beam crane festoon trolleys up to 96 m/min (1.6 m/s) in dry, humid and wet indoor halls.
Product
Cold-flexible PVC flat festoon cable (KYFLY / H05VVH6-F / H07VVH6-F to DIN EN 50214 and DIN VDE 0281-403) with Class 5/6 bare copper conductors and black TM2 PVC jacket for single-plane bending down to -30 °C.
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN EN 50214 / VDE 0281-403 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
KYFLY (and harmonised H05VVH6-F / H07VVH6-F) is engineered for single-plane bending on indoor and sheltered crane festoon trolleys, hoist loops, and high-bay storage lifts.
Primary duty: C-rail and I-beam crane festoon trolleys up to 96 m/min (1.6 m/s) in dry, humid and wet indoor halls.
Suitable for linear single-plane carrier guides where bending radius ≥ 10 × H and zero axial torsion is maintained.
Free suspension heights up to 35 m (H07VVH6-F / KYFLY) or 45 m (H05VVH6-F) within the 15 N/mm² static copper tensile limit.
Use KYFLTFCY for up to 80 m dropFlat PVC cables cannot absorb multi-plane deflection or torsional fleet angles on motorized gantry reels.
Use PUR-HF round festoon/reeling cableConstruction
