Fixed installation
Withstands direct frame-rail clipping and heavy vibration on truck and off-highway chassis.
Product
Type SXL (Special Purpose Cross-Linked) is the thickest-walled 60 V DC (25 V AC) cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) primary wire in SAE J1128 (0.74 mm to 1.09 mm nominal wall across 20–8 AWG). Rated from -40 °C to +125 °C (ISO Class C), it delivers maximum pinch
Typical values for this cable type, based on SAE J1128 / ISO 6722-1 Class C — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Engineered for heavy-duty Class 8 truck chassis, logging and mining haulers, starter/alternator sense leads, exposed trailer frame harnesses and high-vibration diesel engine mounts.
Withstands direct frame-rail clipping and heavy vibration on truck and off-highway chassis.
Heavy 0.74–1.09 mm XLPE wall resists hot engine-manifold proximity and +250 °C overload.
Ideal for main battery distribution studs, high-current relays and heavy-duty Deutsch connectors.
Concentric ASTM B3 copper conductor is designed for fixed vehicle harnesses.
S07HXHX flexible LSZHConstruction
Symmetrical concentric stranded ASTM B3 bare copper conductor + heavy-wall (0.74–1.09 mm) cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation + extra-tough colour-coded outer surface.
