Energy chain / drag chain
Individually braided control pairs and Class 6 power cores withstand ≥ 8 million cycles at 7.5 × OD.
Product
Single-jacket drag-chain servo hybrid cable combining four 0.6/1 kV low-capacitance PP power cores (U, V, W, PE) with one or two individually screened control pairs for 24 V DC spring-applied holding brakes and PTC/KTY84 motor temperature sensors.
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250 / UL AWM Style 21223 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Ideal for vertical Z-axes, gantry loaders and servo actuators that integrate a 24 V DC holding brake or stator thermal sensor inside the motor power plug.
Individually braided control pairs and Class 6 power cores withstand ≥ 8 million cycles at 7.5 × OD.
Individual pair screens isolate the 24 V brake coil and KTY/PTC sensor from 1000 V PWM motor switching noise.
UL 1000 V AWM Style 21223 allows single-cable routing from servo drive cabinet to vertical axis motor.
Designed for guided energy chains rather than high-tension monospiral outdoor crane drums.
