Motorised monospiral reel
Primary duty: horizontal level-wind and monospiral drum reeling on underground LHD loaders up to 120 m/min.
Product
Medium-voltage reeling cable based on DIN VDE 0250-813 for underground LHD loaders, scooptrams and drill jumbos, supplied in 3-earth + central pilot (NTSKCGWÖU) and concentric earth (NTSKCGWÖU KON) designs up to 120 m/min and 25–30 N/mm².
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN VDE 0250-813 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Engineered specifically for underground hard-rock and soft-rock mining loaders (LHD scooptrams), jumbo drill rigs and mobile scaling machines operating on high-tension drum reels.
Primary duty: horizontal level-wind and monospiral drum reeling on underground LHD loaders up to 120 m/min.
Multi-layer cylindrical drum winding under 25–30 N/mm² peak dynamic pull and ±100 °/m torsional stress.
Withstands dragging over blasted rock, sharp roadway corners and oil/emulsion exposure in underground drifts.
Feeds MV tunnel drill jumbos, roadheaders and bolting rigs requiring pilot continuity monitoring.
Not intended for high-speed vertical port crane spreader baskets; use a dedicated crane reeling cable.
Use HVR / HVR-D MV Reeling CableConstruction
