Trailing Cables
NSSHÖU is a heavy-duty rubber-insulated and rubber-sheathed power or control cable for high mechanical stress. Common DIN VDE 0250-812 family constructions use IEC 60228 Class 5 tinned copper conductors, 3GI3 rubber insulation, an elastomeric inner sheath, and a 5GM5 heavy-duty outer sheath. Core count, cross-section, bending radius, movement duty, immersion capability, dimensions, and approvals depend on the exact model.

In-house capability
Constructions are designed around movement, environment, and electrical duty.
Materials, dimensions, marking, and finish held under in-house manufacturing control.
In-house laboratory checks verify the agreed construction and project acceptance requirements.
Development can start from a drawing, specification, cable marking, or physical sample.
Family profile: core range, movement duty, bend radius, temperature, immersion, dimensions, and approvals require the exact first-party datasheet.

Configuration data
Use these values for project screening. Final construction, dimensions, quantity, reel length, and availability require engineering confirmation.
Fit for your duty
For mining, tunnelling, quarries, construction, mobile and occasionally moved machinery, and harsh outdoor industrial power connections. It is not automatically suitable for continuous reel duty.
