Fixed installation
Standard building riser, studio rack, and outdoor camera pole coaxial feed.
Product
RG-59 is the industry-standard 75 Ω flexible video coaxial cable (Ø 6.15 mm / 0.242 in) supplied in two engineered constructions: MIL-C-17 RG-59B/U (22 AWG CCS + solid PE + bare Cu braid) for RF/analog interconnect, and Broadcast/CCTV RG-59 (20 AWG solid
Typical values for this cable type, based on MIL-C-17 / SMPTE ST 259 / ST 292 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Designed for baseband analog CCTV, HD-over-Coax (HD-TVI, HDCVI, AHD), broadcast word-clock/genlock/MADI, SD/HD/3G-SDI rack patching, and 75 Ω RF telemetry.
Standard building riser, studio rack, and outdoor camera pole coaxial feed.
6.15 mm diameter and supple PVC/LSZH jacket allow high-density BNC patchbay routing.
Stranded-center RG-59 flex variant supports portable OB van and stage camera reels.
Standard video coax is not rated for continuous linear drag chains.
