Switchgear & control cabinet wiring
10 mm minimum bend radius and 2.03 mm OD allow tight routing inside dense RF modules.
Product
RG-196A/U (MIL-C-17 / M17/69 and M17/139) is a 50 Ω subminiature fluoropolymer coaxial cable with a 2.03 mm outer diameter rated from -55 °C to +250 °C. Engineered with a 30 AWG (7×0.10 mm) silver-plated copper-clad steel center, Ø 0.86 mm solid PTFE
Typical values for this cable type, based on MIL-DTL-17 (RG-196A/U / M17/69) — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Built for high-density board-to-board RF jumpers, U.FL/MHF/MMCX/SSMB miniature connectors, phased-array radar backplanes, and implantable or endoscopic medical RF assemblies.
10 mm minimum bend radius and 2.03 mm OD allow tight routing inside dense RF modules.
Withstands +250 °C continuous service and wave/reflow soldering proximity without core melt.
7×0.10 mm SCCS center conductor provides high break strength in a 30 AWG cross-section.
Subminiature RF coax is intended for internal chassis wiring, not industrial drag chains.
