Fixed installation
Shrinks +125 °C engine-ECU harness bundle cross-section by up to 25 % compared with FLRYW.
Product
FLRYWd combines ISO 6722-1 Class C (-40 °C to +125 °C) heat-resistant PVC ('YW') with an extra-thin ('d' = dünnwandig, 0.20 mm nominal / 0.16 mm minimum) insulation wall. Engineered for high-density engine-control and cockpit micro-connectors, it trims outer d

Application fit
Specified for high-pin-count powertrain ECUs, transmission control modules, LED matrix headlamps and ADAS sensor looms where +125 °C Class C thermal endurance and ultra-thin outer diameter are required simultaneously.
Shrinks +125 °C engine-ECU harness bundle cross-section by up to 25 % compared with FLRYW.
Sub-1.25 mm OD (on 0.13–0.35 mm²) fits 0.50 mm and 0.64 mm micro-terminal cavities.
Extra-thin signal wires must be bundled inside taped orsleeved automotive harnesses.
FLRYDY screened cableRated to +125 °C; for +150 °C to +200 °C thin-wall sensor leads specify FLR7Y or FLR6Y.
