Fixed installation
Ideal for harnesses spanning cold exterior chassis frames into warm +125 °C engine perimeters.
Product
FLRYWK ('YWK' = Wärmebeständiges und kälteflexibles PVC) combines ISO 6722-1 Class C (+125 °C) heat endurance with extended -50 °C arctic cold flexibility in a single reduced-wall PVC primary wire. It bridges a 175 °C operating window (-50 °C to +125 °C) for c
Typical values for this cable type, based on ISO 6722-1 Class C / DIN 72551 / LV 112 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Specified for heavy commercial vehicles, Nordic defence/utility fleets, cold-climate engine compartments, cab-tilt hinges and exterior chassis sensors requiring both -50 °C flex life and +125 °C thermal ageing.
Ideal for harnesses spanning cold exterior chassis frames into warm +125 °C engine perimeters.
Standard FLR reduced-wall dimensions fit all European crimp terminals and single-wire seals.
Withstands cab-tilt and door-bellows flexing down to -50 °C without insulation cracking.
For temperatures above +125 °C (up to +150/+200 °C) combined with -65 °C cold rating, select FLR7Y or FLR5Y.
FLR7Y -65 to +150 °C wireConstruction
Soft annealed bare copper (Cu-ETP1, Type A concentric or Type B bunched) + reduced-wall heat-resistant and cold-flexible PVC compound (YWK, -50 to +125 °C).
