Motorised monospiral reel
Level-wind and monospiral drum reeling on tunnel drill jumbos, bolters and LHD loaders up to 100 m/min.
Product
Built to NF M 82-375 and DIN VDE 0250-812 for extra-heavy-duty underground reeling and trailing on drill jumbos, LHD scooptrams and roadheaders, with 3GI3 EPR cores, anti-torsion braid (AR) and tear-proof 5GM5/CSM outer sheath.
Typical values for this cable type, based on NF M 82-375 / DIN VDE 0250-812 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
6-CHCU TTAR combines Tout-Terrain (TT) double-sheath impact protection with an Anti-Rotation (AR) braid for combined reeling and rough roadway trailing in mines and tunnels.
Level-wind and monospiral drum reeling on tunnel drill jumbos, bolters and LHD loaders up to 100 m/min.
Multi-layer cylindrical drum reeling with AR braid preventing corkscrewing under ±100 °/m twist.
Extra-heavy-duty Tout-Terrain 5GM5/CSM outer sheath resists rock fall, tyre run-over and drilling fluids.
Primary 1,000/1,100 V feeder for electro-hydraulic drill jumbos, roadheaders and shotcrete rigs.
Heavy trailing supply in quarries, open-pit benches and potash or hard-rock underground drifts.
Designed for horizontal reeling and roadway trailing; vertical spreader baskets need a central strain core.
