What makes JZ-602-C-PUR suitable for both European and North American machinery?

JZ-602-C-PUR combines VDE 0285 metric Class 5 conductors and EN 50334 numbered cores (300/500 V VDE, 4000 V test) with UL/CSA AWM 600 V 80 °C VW-1 / FT1 recognition, allowing export OEMs to stock a single EMC-screened PUR cable for both CE and UL 508A / NFPA 79 machines.

How does JZ-602-C-PUR differ from JZ-35400 CP / JZ-40415 CP?

JZ-602-C-PUR uses a non-woven fleece/PET separator under the tinned-copper braid to achieve a compact outer diameter and carries 600 V UL/CSA AWM rating. JZ-35400 CP / JZ-40415 CP is a classic VDE 300/500 V construction that extrudes a full PVC inner bedding sheath beneath the copper braid ('CP' = Copper braid + PUR outer sheath).

Why choose a PUR outer sheath over CY or H05VVC4V5-K?

While CY and H05VVC4V5-K use PVC outer jackets, JZ-602-C-PUR uses an EN 50363-10-2 TMPU polyurethane sheath that resists sharp metal swarf, synthetic ester coolants, microbes, UV weathering and sub-zero flexing down to −15 °C.

What do 'JZ' and 'OZ' mean in JZ-602-C-PUR / OZ-602-C-PUR?

'JZ' includes one green-yellow protective earth core plus black cores with white sequential numbers; 'OZ' has all black cores with white sequential numbers and no green-yellow earth core.
