125 °C internal wiring of power electronics, LED drivers, medical devices, coils, sensors and appliances.
Product
High-temperature 125 °C electronic hook-up wire certified to UL AWM Style 3265 (150 V, 10-mil wall), Style 3266 (300 V, 16-mil wall) and CSA CL1252, combining tinned copper conductors (30–16 AWG) with electron-beam cross-linked polyolefin (XLPE) insulation.
Typical values for this cable type, based on UL 758 Style 3265 (150 V) & Style 3266 (300 V) · CSA CL1252 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
UL 3265 and UL 3266 upgrade standard 10-mil (UL 1061) and 16-mil (UL 1007/1569) electronic wires to a +125 °C thermoset cross-linked polyolefin (XLPE/XLPO) system with lower dielectric constant, zero PVC plasticiser outgassing and full resistance to soldering heat and baking cycles.
125 °C internal wiring of power electronics, LED drivers, medical devices, coils, sensors and appliances.
Unscreened 150 V / 300 V internal hook-up wire.
Use UL 2464 / 2517For 600 V 125 °C motor leads, transformers and power panels, select UL 3271 or UL 3173 / SIS.
Use UL 3271 (600 V)Construction
