Motorised monospiral reel
Primary duty: standard-duty random-winding reels and horizontal mobile machinery up to 60 m/min.
Use GPM-RF for heavy-duty 90 m/min reelsProduct
Halogen-free 0.6/1 kV PUR round reeling cable (GMP / GPM) for random-winding reels and horizontal machinery up to 60 m/min, with Class 5 copper cores, polypropylene insulation around a reinforced central filler and a black PUR jacket.
Typical values for this cable type, based on IEC 60502-1 / IEC 60228 — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
GMP (GPM) is built for compact random-winding spring and motorized reels supplying 3-, 4- and 5-core power (2.5 to 6 mm²) at travel speeds up to 60 m/min, using thin-wall polypropylene core insulation and an abrasion-resistant black polyurethane outer sheath.
Primary duty: standard-duty random-winding reels and horizontal mobile machinery up to 60 m/min.
Use GPM-RF for heavy-duty 90 m/min reelsCompact 9.0–16.0 mm outer diameters allow tight 6 × D spool winding on spring and motorized drums.
Suitable for guided horizontal loops at ≥ 9 × D; use dedicated PUR festoon cables for high-speed trolleys.
Use (N)12YRD11Y-J/O for 210 m/min festoonsRated for dry, humid, wet and outdoor environments, but not designed for continuous water immersion.
Use (N)12YRD11YT11Y-J for AD8 50 m waterConstruction
