Individually and/or collectively screened pairs and cores reject electrostatic and electromagnetic interference in high-EMC marine zones.
Product
FMGCG (DIN 89159) & VG 95218 250 V AC High-EMC Copper-Screened Naval & Sonar Lab Instrumentation Cable (DIN 89159 (FMGCG) / VG 95218) engineered for 250 V service across -35 to +90 °C (min. bend radius 6 × OD).
Typical values for this cable type, based on DIN 89159 (FMGCG) & German Navy VG 95218 250 V Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen Naval EMC Specification — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
FMGCG (DIN 89159) & VG 95218 250 V AC High-EMC Copper-Screened Naval & Sonar Lab Instrumentation Cable (DIN 89159 (FMGCG) / VG 95218) engineered for 250 V service across -35 to +90 °C (min. bend radius 6 × OD).
Individually and/or collectively screened pairs and cores reject electrostatic and electromagnetic interference in high-EMC marine zones.
SHF2-MUD or IEEE 1580 Type P outer sheath resists drilling mud, ester fluids, hydrocarbons, salt spray and UV exposure.
Compact twisted pairs and numbered cores route cleanly into DCS/PLC cabinets, Ex-i barriers, sonar racks and bridge consoles.
Tinned copper, bronze or galvanized steel wire braid armour protects signal integrity in hazardous offshore zones.
Fixed shipboard and offshore instrumentation cable is not intended for high-speed crane festoon loops.
