Energy chain / drag chain
Certified for both ±180°/m 3D robot wrist torsion (5M cycles) and linear C-track drag chains (5M cycles).
Product
100 Ω high-speed industrial Ethernet cable built with 19-wire concentric stranded copper (AWG 22/19 to AWG 26/19), cellular Foam-Skin PE insulation, PTFE slip wrap, S/FTP or SF/UTP screening and weld-spatter PUR jacket for ≥ 5M ±180°/m robot cycles.
Typical values for this cable type, based on IEC 61156-6 / PROFINET Type R — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Designed for real-time robot fieldbuses (PROFINET Type R, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP) and wrist-mounted 3D GigE Vision cameras on 6-axis robots.
Certified for both ±180°/m 3D robot wrist torsion (5M cycles) and linear C-track drag chains (5M cycles).
UL AWM Style 21576 (80 °C 1000 V / 300 V) allows routing alongside power cables in control cabinets.
AWG 26/19 sizes provide ultra-light flexibility for handheld robot teach pendants and vision grippers.
Not reinforced for high-tension outdoor crane drums; use fibre-optic or reinforced reeling data cable.
