Fixed installation
Double PVC sheath (Y + yn) provides enhanced radial tear and abrasion resistance on underground messenger hooks.
Product
YKGYyn-żo Cable is a Polish-standard (PN-G-90006 / PN-E-90401) 0.6/1 kV unarmoured double-sheathed underground mining power and control cable ('K') constructed with flexible Class 5 copper conductors ('G') including a green-yellow protective core ('-żo')
Typical values for this cable type, based on PN-G-90006 / PN-E-90401 (YKGYyn-żo 0.6/1 kV Double-Sheathed Mining Power Cable) — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
Engineered for fixed and semi-fixed 0.6/1 kV underground mine gallery distribution, conveyor motor feeds, and multi-core control/signalling circuits suspended along roadway walls and roof supports.
Double PVC sheath (Y + yn) provides enhanced radial tear and abrasion resistance on underground messenger hooks.
Full extruded PVC inner sheath ('Y') guarantees a concentric gas-tight seal in flameproof Ex d cable glands.
Two independent extruded PVC sheaths protect the insulated cores against corrosive mine water and stone dust.
Construction
Flexible multi-wire stranded copper conductors (PN-EN 60228 Class 5, 1.5 to 120 mm²), PVC core insulation ('Y') with green-yellow
