Trailing & towing
Portable heating apparatus, floodlights, catering equipment and workshop tools operating near hot surfaces.
Product
Heat-resistant 300/500 V flexible rubber cord built to EN 50525-2-21 with Class 5 copper conductors, +90 °C cross-linked EI7 EPR core insulation and an oil-, flame- and heat-resistant EM7 chlorinated elastomer (CSP / HOFR) outer sheath.
Typical values for this cable type, based on EN 50525-2-21 (HD 22.12) — confirmed in the datasheet and quotation for your order.
Application fit
H05BN4-F upgrades standard H05RN-F from +60 °C to +90 °C continuous thermal duty through its EI7/EM7 compound pair, suitable for hot luminaires, heating appliances and warm industrial bays.
Portable heating apparatus, floodlights, catering equipment and workshop tools operating near hot surfaces.
Internal and external connections on boilers, industrial heaters, motors and high-bay luminaires up to +90 °C.
Handles damp zones and outdoor rain splash (AD4/AD5), but not continuous deep submersion.
Use H07RN8-F AD8Rated to +90 °C continuous; above +90 °C up to +110 °C, select H05GG-F EVA cable.
Use H05GG-F (+110 °C)Construction
