Application fit
DEH 12–36 kV AC Single-Core Subsea Pipeline Direct Electrical Heating Dynamic & Static Piggyback Cable (DNV-RP-F104 / IEC 60502-2 DEH) engineered for 12 kV – 36 kV service across -20 to +90 °C (min. bend radius 15 × OD).
Stranded piggyback along the subsea production flowline to deliver continuous AC trace heating over multi-kilometre tiebacks.
Cross-linked XLPE insulation, metallic water barrier and heavy PE/PP outer protection withstand deepwater hydrostatic pressure and wet-mat
Dynamic riser and static seabed configurations resist marine installation tension, bend stiffeners and offshore J-tube pull-in.
Subsea XLPE DEH pipeline heating cable is rated to +90 °C conductor temperature; do not use in high-temperature industrial furnaces.
Use MI Heating CableLarge-cross-section subsea DEH power cable is not engineered for repetitive drag-chain flexing.
