Application fit
300/500 V, 0.6/1 kV & UL AWM 1,000 V Cold-Flexible Multi-Core Wind Turbine Drip-Loop Control Cable (IEC 60502-1 / UL 758 AWM) engineered for 0.6/1 kV / 1,000 V wind turbine service across -40 to +90 °C (min. bend radius 6 × OD).
Class 5, Class 6 and Class K extra-flexible copper cores withstand continuous ±150°/m drip-loop and ±450°/0.5m pitch torsion down to −40/−
UL 2277 WTTC 1,000 V / UL 1277 TC-ER 600 V and IEC 0.6/1 kV ratings allow open tray and Exposed Run routing across the nacelle and tower.
Number-coded cores and 85% tinned copper braid / foil+braid shields terminate neatly into pitch servo boxes, slip-rings and PLC cabinets.
PUR-sheathed Class 6 pitch & slip-ring cables (RT 113/123, RT 114/116) handle combined rotary hub motion and bending.
Wind turbine control and tray cable is not engineered for deepwater vertical oceanographic lift winches.
